Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny position and is the perfect starting point for your mountain activities in summer and in winter.

The house features a garden with sun loungers and a play area for your kids. You can park your car at the house and use the storage room for your skis and boots.

Location

The apartment Sun Burdengeja is a jewel both in summer and winter. It is the perfect starting point for unforgettable hiking, climbing and skiing experiences. The village centre with its many shops, restaurants and pizzerias can be comfortably reached in a 10-minute walk. If you would like to discover other areas of Val Gardena, you can take the bus; the next bus stop is just 100 meters away and with the Val Gardena Mobil Card, which we will give you on your arrival, you will travel for free.

Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A 22). Take the exit Chiusa / Val Gardena. In winter, winter tyres are mandatory, while snow chains are recommended.

Our house with view on the Sella Group, the Sassolungo and the Alpe di Siusi is situated in a quiet and sunny location. In summer, your apartment is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes, climbing parties and mountain bike tours. There is something for everyone, from simple trails to demanding alpine routes. The excursions to the mountain Stevia, the refuge Juac and the stations of the cross in Vallunga start directly at the house. Located on the sunny side of Val Gardena, the garden with deckchairs is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Also families feel at home here: children have plenty of possibilities to play, and just 100 meters there is a well-equipped playground

Winter

Snow, sun and lots of fun. In winter, you can reach the most unique ski paradise in Europe, the Dolomiti Superski resort, in just a few minutes by ski bus. This ski area includes the famous Sellaronda, a skiing experience not to be missed. Moreover, just around the corner there is the valley Vallunga, famous for its wonderful cross country ski trails immersed in untouched nature. From your apartment you will enjoy a wonderful view on the scenic surrounding alpine landscape. It’s pure winter magic.
